The company has remained family owned and run since its first day and as such has characterised the way in which it operates. From the start of the 1970’s Nicos S.A began exporting watermelons from the region of Ilia and apricots from Korinthia. In both cases the product was exported to countries including England, Germany and Hungary.
Circa 1981, the company began to operate with grapes, being one of the first companies to export them to England and Germany. As the years have progressed the export of other product ranges such as Citrus (oranges, mandarins, lemons) and potatoes, have expanded and diversified the range of exports offered by Nicos S.A.
